Setup

This app is designed to be headless: once connected, it detects missed calls and triggers follow-up inside GoHighLevel.
  1. Confirm the status above shows Connected.
  2. Recommended: paste a GoHighLevel Workflow Inbound Webhook URL below so a missed call can trigger your own recovery workflow.
  3. If no webhook is configured, the app still works in zero-setup mode by creating a Task + Note in GoHighLevel automatically.
  4. Your workflow can then send email, create tasks, move pipeline stages, notify your team, assign contacts, or send SMS from your own GoHighLevel setup if needed.
  5. If you change sub-accounts or reinstall, use Fix connection (Reconnect).

Recovery trigger

Open the app from a specific GoHighLevel location to configure recovery.

Test

Quick sanity check to prove the recovery trigger is working.
  1. Call your main business number and hang up quickly (simulate a missed call).
  2. Within 30-60 seconds, you should see your workflow fire or a Task + Note created on the contact in GoHighLevel.
  3. If nothing happens, click Fix connection (Reconnect) and confirm the location is connected.
