Setup Steps

Use this sequence for the fastest path from install to verified recovery.

1

Install the app

Install CallStallion from the GoHighLevel Marketplace and approve access for the location or sub-accounts you want to use.

2

Open from the right sub-account

Launch CallStallion from the target GoHighLevel sub-account and confirm the app status shows Connected.

3

Add your workflow webhook

Recommended: paste a GoHighLevel Workflow Inbound Webhook URL so missed calls can trigger your own follow-up workflow.

4

Use fallback if needed

If no workflow webhook is configured yet, CallStallion can still create a Task and Note on the contact inside GoHighLevel.

5

Run a quick missed-call test

Place a test call to your business number and hang up to simulate a missed call. Then check GHL for your workflow action or Task and Note.

6

Reconnect if needed

If the location does not appear connected, use Fix connection (Reconnect) in the app and complete the install flow again from GoHighLevel.

Recommended Recovery Flow

Missed call in, workflow action out

CallStallion is built to act as a missed-call detection and trigger engine. Your follow-up logic stays inside GoHighLevel, where your team already works.

  • Detect the missed call and classify it safely.
  • Send a structured event into your GHL workflow.
  • Let your workflow create tasks, assign contacts, move pipeline stages, notify staff, send email, or run any other supported action.
  • Fall back to a native Task and Note if no workflow webhook is configured.
